Anakapalli ( Andhra Pradesh), Apr 13 (Reporter) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday condoled the loss of lives in a factory mishap in Anakapalli district. In an explosion at the firecracker making unit, atleast eight workers died and six others sustained injuries. The PM announced an ex-gratia of Rs. 2 lakh from Prime Minister's National Relief Fund (PMNRF) for next of kin of each deceased and Rs. 50,000 to the injured. The Prime Minister's Office in a post on X said, "Deeply saddened by the loss of lives in a factory mishap in Anakapalli district. Condolences to those who have lost their loved ones.
