Patna, Mar 1 (Reporter) Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary on Saturday said that Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will continue to serve the people of the state for the next 15 years.
Chaudhary told media persons here that he had extended greetings to Chief Minister Kumar and wished him good health. Kumar would continue to serve the people of Bihar for the next 15 years, he asserted while dismissing the charge of RJD leader Tejashwi Prasad Yadav that he was not in good health to continue as CM and it was time to oust him in the next state assembly elections slated for October-November this year.
" During the 20 years long regime of Nitish led NDA government, per capita income has increased from Rs 7,000 to 66,000 while revenue generation witnessed a quantum jump of 15 times " Deputy Chief Minister said adding that Bihar was growing at the rate of 14.5 percent.
On the other hand, during 15 years long regime of RJD, roads were in dilapidated condition while there was no power supply in villages, he said adding that caste tension was high and more than 100 massacres had occurred.
