Patna, Mar 1 (Reporter) Founder of " Jan Suraaj " Prashant Kishor on Saturday asked RJD Chief Lalu Prasad Yadav to explain in public how he will stop migration of youths from Bihar, if his party was voted to power, as promised by him recently. Kishor popularly known as PK said here that Prasad had been a powerful politician for more than forty years and his party was in power for long fifteen years but he never thought of taking any concrete steps to check the migration of youths from Bihar to other states in search of their livelihood. How could Prasad promise to check migration as he had neither vision to do so nor any political willpower, he remarked. " If Prasad is so serious about checking migration, he should make his road map clear in public on how to achieve this goal ", Jan Suraaj leader said adding that checking migration was agenda of his party. His party was first to place a complete road map in public on measures to be taken to check migration if "Jan Suraaj " formed government in Bihar after next state assembly elections to be held in October-November this year, he further added. Five promises including checking migration were made by his party after thorough study of its feasibility, he pointed " If draining out of capital through banks to other states, is checked, brain drain could also be stopped ", Kishor said adding that if brain drain and capital drain were checked, migration of labour force would be checked automatically...////...
