Kolhapur / Raigad, Feb 27 (Reporter) In an unfortunate incident, a young motorcycle rider died after being crushed between two State Transport buses at Alibaug ST bus depot in Raigad district on Thursday afternoon. According to police, the deceased, identified as Jaydeep Bana (16), was coming out of Alibaug bus stand on his bike when an ST bus while entering the bus stand hit his bike, at that time, another ST bus that was moving out of the bus depot rammed the motorbike from behind. As a result, Jaydeep was killed on the spot after being crushed between two ST buses. After the accident, a tense situation prevailed in bus stand area as irate peoples staged an impromptu 'rasta roko' agitation, demanding to take bus driver into custody.
