Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav directed action against 20 negligent officers and employees based on complaints received in Samadhan Online. Additionally, a contractor responsible for disruptions in the drinking water supply was penalized. The Chief Minister personally oversaw the resolution of long-pending cases registered in the CM Helpline during Samadhan Online on Friday.

Chief Secretary Mr. Anurag Jain, Additional Chief Secretary Dr. Rajesh Rajoura, and other senior officials were present. Dr. Yadav also addressed district collectors and officials via video conference, instructing them to ensure efficient water supply in both urban and rural areas.

The Chief Minister ordered penalties against the three individuals responsible for irregularities in drinking water management. He warned that strict action would be taken against officials in districts where citizens complained about drinking water shortages.

In Sehore district, a resident, Mr. Bhanwar Singh Patel, reported a non-supply of water in Barkhedi village. As a result, A fine of Rs.37,469 was imposed on the contractor firm, M/s Vishwa. Technical issues in the tap water scheme were resolved, and domestic water connections were activated.

Similarly, in Mauganj, the complainant, Shri. Sunil Kumar Sahu reported that a broken pipeline had disrupted water supply for over 1.5 years. Actions taken against the contractor, KNK Company, the company was ordered to complete the repairs immediately. A field engineer from the project unit was terminated and Notices were issued to the Chief Municipal Officer, Assistant Engineer, Project Manager, and Assistant Project Manager of the Madhya Pradesh Urban Development Corporation for failing to resolve the issue on time.
