Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, extending heartfelt wishes for Diwali, Govardhan Puja, and Annakoot Mahotsav, said that Govardhan Puja is being celebrated with great enthusiasm throughout the state. Every home, cow shelter, and village has become like Vrindavan, and we all have become Gopals. Each of our traditions and festivals embody respect for nature and responsibility towards society. Govardhan Puja is the best example of this. Our culture has taught us to express gratitude towards everyone. Today, by worshipping Govardhan and cattle wealth, we are sending a message of nature, environmental, and livestock conservation to the world. This is the gift of Sanatan culture. Truly, this festival is a celebration of nature and environmental preservation. It reminds us that harmony with all life on Earth is the essence of living.

Govardhan Puja symbolizes the thought of "Live and let live" and the sharing of available food and resources with society. Preserving our culture and traditions is our shared responsibility. The state government is organizing Govardhan Puja with this objective in mind. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the state-level Govardhan Puja program held at Ravindra Bhavan on Tuesday.
