Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav extended festive greetings and distributed gifts to daughters from underprivileged families at the community hall in Idgah Hills on the occasion of Diwali. CM Dr. Yadav said that daughters are the pride of Madhya Pradesh, and no effort will be spared to make their lives happy and prosperous.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has brought joy to the lives of poor families by providing them with housing. Several welfare schemes are being implemented by both the Central and State Governments for the well-being of women and daughters. The Chief Minister remarked that Diwali brings smiles to everyone’s faces, and celebrating the festival with daughters has doubled his joy. He also interacted with the girls about their education and family life.
Member of Parliament Shri Alok Sharma said that CM Dr. Yadav celebrated the festival with leprosy patients in Ujjain yesterday and today shared Diwali happiness with daughters in Bhopal, making the festival truly meaningful.
During the event, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was welcomed with floral garlands. The event was attended by MLA Shri Bhagwandas Sabnani, District President Shri Ravindra Yati, Councillors Smt. Saroj and Smt. Gunjan Chouksey, Sushri Neha Bagga, Shri Durgesh Keswani, Shri Rakesh Kukreja and a large number of daughters.
