Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that under the leadership and guidance of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the state government is working for the welfare of all sections. By promoting industrialization, self-employment opportunities are being created for the youth. The government is increasing the amount given under the Ladli Behna scheme. Ladli Behnas working in textile parks will be given an additional Rs 5000. The amount of Ladli Behna scheme will gradually be increased to Rs 3000.

A directive has been issued to conduct MPPSC exams of the past three years together. No harm will be allowed to the youth. Recruitment is taking place for one lakh government posts. The state government has cleared the path for promotions pending for nine years, which will create possibilities for recruitment to 2 lakh new posts.

For a long time after independence, the price of wheat was Rs 600; now the government is purchasing wheat from farmers at Rs 2600 per quintal. Due to river linking projects, the area under irrigation in the state is increasing. The state government ensured Rs 300 crore for workers of Indore’s Hukumchand Mill, ending a 30-year-old dispute. Similar efforts are ongoing for Sajjan Mill in Ratlam and the mill in Gwalior.
