Lucknow, Jan 10 (Reporter) Accusing the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of doing negative politics, Samajwadi Party (SP) president Akhilesh Yadav on Wednesday said that unity has to be shown to win the 80 seats of Uttar Pradesh, which will be decisive in the Lok Sabha elections. Addressing a social media meeting at Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Auditorium at the party office, Akhilesh said that BJP is accustomed to doing negative politics. "There is a threat to the Constitution and democracy. Uttar Pradesh has a maximum of 80 seats in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, hence the responsibility of UP is also big. Party workers should not fall into the trap of BJP. We will have to be united to defeat BJP on all 80 seats," he said. He said that BJP's claim of developed India is false. "Farmers income did not double during the 10 years of the BJP government. Unemployment is not an issue for the BJP. Everyone is suffering from inflation. Law and order is completely broken. Women are being harassed." The SP chief said that health services are not available to the general public. "The treatment and medicine arrangements in hospitals are derailed. People are losing their lives in the game of referring patients from one place to another. The ambulance service dialed 108 and 102 has been completely ruined," he said. He said that crores of people have trust in Samajwadi Party. Samajwadi PDA (Backwards, Dalits and minorities) are all victims of injustice, atrocities and oppression of the BJP government. "SP is fighting for their rights and respect. In the coming 2024 Lok Sabha elections, PDA and India alliance together will defeat BJP on all 80 seats," he said...////...
