UP: BJP MLA Manvendra Singh passes away

Shahjahanpur (UP), Jan 5 (Reporter) Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA from Dadraul seat in Shahjahanpur district Manvendra Singh passed away at a hospital in Delhi after prolonged illness on Friday, family sources said. He was around 70 years old. Singh's son Arvind Kumar Singh said that the two-time MLA passed away at ILBS hospital in New Delhi in the morning. He said that Singh was suffering from liver related ailment for a long time. Before joining BJP in 2017, Singh was active in Congress. In 2017 he contested the assembly election from Dadraul seat and emerged victorious. He was elected MLA from the same seat in the 2022 assembly polls...////...
