Amaravati, Feb 3 (Reporter) Saturday’s trough in westerlies from Gangetic West Bengal to south Chhattisgarh across Odisha and at 0.9 km above mean sea level persists, Meteorological Centre said on Sunday. A daily weather report here said that the lower tropospheric North Westerly winds over NCAP & Yanam and South Easterly winds over SCAP and Rayalaseema. Dry weather is likely to prevail in Coastal Andhra Pradesh & Yanam and Rayalaseema during the next seven days. The maximum temperatures are likely to be above normal by 2-3 degrees Celsius in Coastal Andhra Pradesh & Yanam and Rayalaseema during the next five days. Dry weather prevailed over Coastal Andhra Pradesh &Yanam and Rayalaseema during the last 24 hours. The lowest minimum temperature of 18.5 degrees Celsius was recorded at Arogyavaram in Rayalaseema on the intervening night of Saturday and Sunday, the report added...////...
