TPCC chief Mahesh Kumar Goud to appear as witness in phone tapping case

Hyderabad, June 16 (Reporter) Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) president and MLC Mahesh Kumar Goud is set to appear before the Jubilee Hills ACP on Tuesday at 1100 hours to record his statement as a witness in the ongoing investigation into the phone tapping case. Goud, who served as TPCC working president during the November 2023 Assembly elections, was reportedly one of the individuals whose phone was allegedly tapped during the previous government’s tenure. Following police summons, the TPCC chief has been asked to participate in the inquiry and provide his statement as part of the legal proceedings.
