Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that no individual violating the law will be spared. In the eyes of the law, officials, employees, and the general public are all equal, and strict action will be taken against anyone found guilty of wrongdoing.

Referring to the Seoni incident, CM Dr. Yadav stated that all police officers and employees involved have not only been booked but also subjected to disciplinary action. The state government remains fully vigilant in maintaining law and order and is firmly committed to ensuring safety and making the state crime-free for citizens.

Speaking to the media at Mantralaya regarding the registration of FIRs against police officials and personnel found guilty in the Seoni hawala money loot case, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav emphasised that police officers and employees are entrusted with the responsibility of safeguarding citizens’ interests and rights. Any breach of that trust, he said, is both disgraceful and unforgivable. He added that if those responsible for protecting people from crime and exploitation themselves commit such acts, it leads to anarchy. Hence, stringent action is being taken against the guilty officials and employees in the Seoni case. This will set an example that “the law is equal for everyone” in the state.

CM Dr. Yadav affirmed that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the government is dedicated to the welfare and betterment of the common people. He said, “We will encourage officers and employees for good work, but anyone making a mistake will be punished”.
