Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has directed all district administrations to closely monitor the situation arising from heavy rainfall and to prioritise the protection of lives and property. He instructed collectors, administrative officials, and police personnel to make all necessary arrangements in advance to prevent disasters and to ensure timely evacuation and assistance, particularly in vulnerable areas. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also emphasised the need for immediate relief in cases of livestock loss and damage to houses, in accordance with prescribed norms. All collectors have been instructed to treat these responsibilities as top priorities. He issued these directions during a video conference held on Wednesday evening from Samatva Bhavan, CM House, while addressing collectors across the state.
