Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav was visited by union minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan at Samatva Bhavan along with members of the tribal community from the Ichhawar-Khategaon region, who have been affected by actions of the forest department in connection with the Khivni Sanctuary.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav listened attentively and sensitively to their grievances and hardships. Expressing regret over the actions taken, he assured that a proper resolution would be found. He directed that a thorough inquiry be conducted into the complaints and that strict action be taken against any guilty officials or employees.
CM Dr. Yadav also assured that all government welfare schemes would be extended to the affected people. He emphasised that the state government stands firmly with those affected and will ensure that no one faces any difficulty during the rainy season. All necessary relief measures will be arranged.
