Mumbai, July 16 (Reporter) The equity market maintained its rally intact for the third straight session on Tuesday, with BSE Sensex advancing 51.69 pts to close life lifetime high at 80,716.55 on firm global cues. The National Stock Exchange (NSE) moved up 26.30 pts to 24,613. The Sensex opened high at 80,850.41, up 186 pts. It surged 234 pts at 80,898.30, day high, before closing at 80,716.55 up 51.69 pts from its previous close. Meanwhile, it fell 66 pts at 80,598.06 days low. The stocks that kept the market strong were Realty by 1.62 pc, Telecommunications by 0.89 pc, and Technology by 0.85bpc. The NSE registered days high and low at 24,661.25 and 24,587.65 pts respectively. In 30 scrips, 18 advanced while 12 declined. The gainers were Hind Unilever by 2.70 pc to Rs 2689.65, Bharti Airtel by 2 pc to Rs 1466, Tech Mahindra by 1.17 pc to Rs 1516.45, Infosys by 1.09 pc to Rs 1725.80 and M & M by 0.95 pc to Rs 2755.95. The losers were Kotak Bank by 2.11 pc to Rs 1805.20, NTPC by 1.35 pc to Rs 380.45, Reliance Industries by 1.32 pc to Rs 3151.45 and Ultrasemco by 1.23 pc to Rs 11,686.05...////...
