Mumbai, June 26 (Reporter) Extending rally the BSE Sensex climbed 620.73 pts to close life time high at 78674.25 on strong Asian Market. The National Stock Exchange (NSE) rose 147.50 pts to 23,868.80 The sensex marginally up 41 pts to open at 78094.02. During the day it was spurted 706 pts at 78759.40 pts, days high, before closing at 78674.25, up 620.73 pts from its previous close. Stocks remained firm for another session were Telecommunications by 2.30 pc, Energy by 1.45 pc, Oil and Gas by 0.98 pc and Technology by 0.78 pc. The NSE registered days high and low at 23,889.90 and 23,670.45 pts respectively. In 30 scrips, 18 advanced while 12 declined. The Mid cap fell 0.29 pc while Small cap rose by 0.15 pc. The gainers were Reliance Industries by 3.87 pc to Rs 3020.95, Bharti Airtel by 3.31 pc to Rs 1462, Ultrasemco by 2.68 pc to Rs 11139 and Sun Pharma by 1.37 pc to Rs 1525.55. The losers were M& M by 1.89 pc to Rs 2855, Tata Steel by 1.59 pc to Rs 172.90, Tech Mahindra by 1.28 pc to Rs 1410 and JSW Steel by 1.07 pc to Rs 920. Asian Market was seen strong as Strait Times was up 0.36 pc, Hang Seng by 0.25 pc and Taiwan Weighted by 0.27 pc...////...
