Mumbai, June 13 (Reporter) The BSE Sensex on Friday crashed by 895.43 points to 80,796.55 in early trade, as Israel’s military strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities sent shockwaves through global markets, triggering a risk-off mood across asset classes and amplifying domestic concerns following the fatal crash of an Air India Dreamliner.
The Nifty slumped by 272.15 pts at 24,616.05.
Sensex registered intraday high and low at 80,758.08 and 80,354.59 respectively.
The Nifty registered days high at 24,622.15 and low at 24,477.00 pts.
Midcap fell by 620.52 points and small cap by 882.64 points.
All sectoral indices are trading in negative territory: Energy by 1.27 pc, FMCG by 0.96 pc, financial by 1.13 pc, healthcare by 0.82 pc, industrial by 1.38 pc , IT by 1.39 pc, telecom by 1.26 pc, utilities by 1.38 pc, auto by 1.47 pc, bankex by 1.17 pc, capital goods by 1.27 pc, consumer durables by 1.18, metals by 1.13 pc, oil & gas by 1.31.pc, power by 1.62 pc, realty by 1.48 pc and tech by 1.19 pc.
All index share were trading with negative bias with Adani ports being top loser down by 2.14 pc to Rs 1,413.45, Tata Motors by 1.96 pc to Rs 701.00, Kotak Bank by 1.71 pc to Rs 2.089.65, L&T by 1.66 pc to Rs 3,543.75, Power Grid by 1.64 pc to Rs 284.05, SBIN by 1.61 pc t o Rs 793.07, Ultrartech by 1.53 pc to Rs 11,412.00 and Reliance by 1.44 pc to Rs 1,418.85...////...
