Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has directed that the process of filling vacant posts in various government departments be completed swiftly. He emphasised that regular appointments to vacant posts not only strengthen departmental operations but also enhance administrative efficiency. He added that the recently initiated promotion processes, after several years, have also facilitated recruitment to many positions.
CM Dr. Yadav instructed senior officials to continuously review the progress of new government recruitments. He issued these directives during a meeting held on Thursday at Samatva Bhavan, the CM’s residence, where he reviewed the status of ongoing recruitments across government departments.
The Chief Minister further emphacised that regular monitoring of departmental recruitment processes should continue. He noted that instructions have been issued by the Chief Secretary and the Additional Chief Secretary of the General Administration Department to ensure timely action by all departments. Departments have also been directed to submit compliance reports following these instructions. He said the recruitment work must be completed with proper coordination and given top priority.
During the meeting, Additional Chief Secretary of the General Administration Department, Shri Sanjay Kumar Shukla, presented updates on the progress of new government recruitments through the Public Service Commission, Staff Selection Board and other recruiting bodies.
Chief Secretary Shri Anurag Jain, Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister Shri Neeraj Mandloi, Secretary to the Chief Minister Shri Sibi Chakravarthy, Commissioner of Public Relations Dr. Sudam Khade and other senior officials were also present at the meeting.
