Mumbai, Jan 8 (Reporter) The Rupee on Wednesday slipped 11 paise at 85.83 against the USD in the opening session on rising demand for US dollars by bankers and exporters, dealers at the Forex Market said. The local unit was seen weak owing to the strong dollar against other world currencies, dealers said.
