Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav emphasized that Ujjain and Indore divisions will serve as the primary centers for activities during Simhastha-2028, given the presence of two Jyotirlingas in these regions, which will lead to increased movement of devotees and religious activities. Dr. Yadav instructed that the work of various departments in these divisions should be completed within the stipulated time frame. To ensure this, monitoring should be conducted every 15 days. Competent officers must hold regular meetings to review the progress of ongoing projects. Any issues requiring coordination or high-level guidance should be promptly reported to the state government for resolution. He further directed that construction agencies involved in the event’s preparations should undergo weekly monitoring to address any delays immediately. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the second meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Simhastha-2028, held at Mantralaya.
