Governor Shri Mangubhai Patel celebrated the sacred festival of Indian culture, Rakshabandhan, at Raj Bhavan. On this occasion, the girls of SOS Balgram tied a Rakhi to Governor Shri Mangubhai Patel at Raj Bhavan. Regional Director of Prajapati Brahmakumari Ishwariya Vishwavidyalaya B K Awadhesh also reached Raj Bhavan and celebrated Rakshabandhan festival by tying a Raksha Sutra to Governor Shri Patel.
