Bharatpur, June 9 (Reporter) A priest was killed in a tiger attack at Ranthambhore Fort on Monday morning in Sawai Madhopur district of Rajasthan. The priest, Radhey Shyam (60), was attacked by a tiger while he had gone out to relieve himself, resulting in his death on the spot. He had been serving as a priest at the Jain temple located in Ranthambhore Fort for the past 20 years. This is the third such incident of a tiger attack in the area in the past two months. Following the incident, villagers blocked the Sawai Madhopur-Kundera road in protest. Locals alleged that negligence by the Forest Department has led to the third death.
