Phagwara, Mar 29 (Reporter) In a tragic road accident, a 45-year-old man died after a car collided with his motorcycle on the sugar mill bridge here. The deceased was identified as Omkar Singh Bajwa, a resident of Rawalpindi. According to his wife, Baljit Kaur, Omkar Singh had gone to the market for some work on Friday evening. She spoke to him at around 7 PM when he informed her that he would be home soon. However, around 9 PM, she received the devastating news of the accident. When the family reached the Civil Hospital, doctors declared him dead. His body has been sent for post-mortem to the Civil Hospital. Omkar Singh Bajwa had been actively serving with Baba Maan Singh’s group at Baba Bakalafor the past year. Baba Maan Singh expressed deep sorrow over his demise.
