Union Home and Cooperation Minister Shri Amit Shah has said that the "Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam" campaign spearheaded by the Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, has now become a mass movement. This is a manifestation of public respect towards mother and Mother Earth. Every person is paying respect to mother and Mother Earth by planting a sapling. Indore is already known for cleanliness, taste, cooperation, good governance and participation. Union Home Minister Shri Shah was addressing the program of planting 11 lakh saplings under Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam Abhiyan organized at Revati Range Complex in Indore today.
