Governor Shri Mangubhai Patel stated that the Central and State Governments are prioritizing the welfare of special backward tribes by ensuring they receive the benefits of various schemes. Under the PM Jan-Man Yojana, special efforts are being made to provide essential facilities such as concrete housing, roads, electricity, water, healthcare, schools, and Anganwadi centers in the settlements of Baiga, Saharia, and Bharia tribes. Governor Shri Patel shared this during an interaction with the Baiga community at PM Janman Gram Kothi in Dhimarkheda TehsilofKatni district.
Governor Shri Patel said that it is a matter of great fortune for everyone to have visionary and sensitive leadership in the form of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for the holistic development of Janman villages. He highlighted that the Prime Minister has a deep sensitivity toward the tribal community and is continuously working for the welfare of backward classes and marginalized individuals in society.
