Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has stated that Madhya Pradesh has emerged as a key center in the field of mining and mineral resources. Due to the state's abundant mineral wealth and investment-friendly policies, it is playing a crucial role in the country’s industrial progress. The mining sector will not only strengthen the state's economy but will also contribute significantly to the country's industrial development and Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Aatmanirbhar Bharat mission. Under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the state government is ensuring continuous development in the mining sector, leading to economic growth and increased employment opportunities.
Dr. Yadav mentioned that investment proposals worth Rs 3.22 lakh crore have been received under the mining and mineral resources sector at GIS-Bhopal, which will generate employment for 55,000 youth—a significant achievement for the state. He emphasized that due to the proactive policies of the government, the mining sector is reaching new heights in investment, industrial development, and job creation. Madhya Pradesh is rapidly moving toward becoming the leading center of the mining industry in the country.
