On Chief Minister Dr. Yadav’s initiative, Dr. Sharma airlifted to Chennai for medical treatment

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that Professor (Dr.) J.P. Sharma, serving as a faculty member at AIIMS Bhopal, is being airlifted to Chennai for a heart transplant under the ‘PM Shri Air Ambulance Service’under Chief Minister’s Voluntary Grant. Dr. Sharma is battling congestive cardiac failure and is currently in a critical condition, with heart transplant being the only medical option left.

Dr. Yadav said that as soon as he was informed about Dr. Sharma’s health condition, immediate instructions were issued to arrange for his transfer from Bhopal to Chennai via the PM Shri Air Ambulance Service. He affirmed that the state government stands committed to supporting every citizen in times of need. The Chief Minister remarked that the PM Shri Air Ambulance Service is emerging as a life-saving initiative in emergency situations, offering timely assistance to patients in critical condition. He also offered prayers to Baba Mahakal for Dr. Sharma’s speedy recovery.
