Patna, Jan 06 (Reporter) RJD leader Tejaswi Prasad Yadav on Monday said Chief Minister Nitish Kumar is not in a position to take decision on his own. Yadav, also leader of the opposition in Bihar assembly, said that Chief Minister Kumar was not fit to take decision on his own. His government was being run by a select bureaucrats and some JD(U) leaders, he added. " Even during his interactions with media persons, Kumar appeared to have made tutored statment ", Yadav said adding that despite being tutored, his own views came to light which made his Ministers somewhat uncomfortable. It was also noticed that Ministers were stopping Kumar from talking to media persons, he pointed out. RJD leader said Kumar was trying to give the impression that nothing was there in Bihar before he came to power in 2005.
