Patna, Sep 9 (Reporter) Leader of opposition in Bihar assembly Tejaswi Prasad Yadav on Monday dubbed Nitish Kumar as a weak Chief Minister who is not able to govern Bihar. Yadav, also a senior RJD leader, said that criminals were striking at their will in Bihar having no fear of police and other law enforcement machinery. It appeared that Nitish Kumar was a weak Chief Minister and not able to govern Bihar which resulted in boosting the morale of criminals jeopardising the life and property of the common man, he noted. RJD leader was reacting over the murder of a BJP leader Shyam Sunder alias Munna Sharma who was shot dead by unidentified criminals in the Chowk police station area in Patna on Monday morning. People were fed up with the poor law and order situation in the state, he remarked. Meanwhile, BJP spokesman Kuntal Krishna said that Tejaswi had no moral right to comment on the law and order situation in the state. Tejaswi should first apologise for "Jungle Raj " that had prevailed during the RJD regime in Bihar from 1990 to 2005, he demanded...////...
