Mumbai, Feb 19 (Reporter) A special court under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act awarded three years sentence to a 56-year-old tuition teacher, Sanjay Ghadigaokar, who was found guilty of sexually harassing a girl student in 2020 when she was 13 years old. Court also imposed a fine of Rs 20,000 on him.
