Mumbai, Dec 22 (Reporter) Maharashtra Congress' Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, will arrive on a brief visit to Parbhani on Monday to meet the families of Somnath Suryavanshi and Vijay Wakode. After incident of alleged desecration of a copy of the Constitution in Parbhani, the local police brutally beat up people in a combing operation and arrested innocent people by filing false cases. Among those arrested was a young man, Somnath Suryavanshi, who died in police custody. Vijay Wakode, an activist of the Ambedkari movement, died of a heart attack while trying to establish peace in this case, said Congress release on Sunday. Rahul Gandhi will first meet the family of Somnath Suryavanshi and then meet the family of Vijay Wakode. After meeting these two families, he will leave for Nanded.
