Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav stated that to achieve a net-zero carbon footprint in the country by 2070 and find alternatives to depleting fossil fuels, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has set an ambitious target of producing 500 gigawatts of renewable energy by 2030. Madhya Pradesh is contributing with full dedication and commitment to achieving this national goal. He highlighted that in the past 12 years, the state has witnessed an unprecedented 14% growth in the renewable energy sector, increasing its share in total energy production to over 30%.
