Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that a ‘Rajaswa Maha Abhiyan’ should be launched again to resolve pending land-related cases of farmers and common citizens. This will enable speedy and transparent resolution of cases such as name transfers, partitions, boundary demarcations and corrections in records. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was reviewing the Revenue Department on Monday at the Maharaja Convention Centre in Khajuraho. He directed that cases pending for more than six months be resolved expeditiously by prioritising contact with presiding officers. Digitisation of revenue records should be completed at the earliest, ensuring that citizens can easily access updated maps and land details through the portal. This facility should be fully implemented within the next two years, and documents issued through the portal should be made legally authentic to prevent duplication. New required abadi land should be identified, maps prepared for mapless villages, and end-to-end online processes created for land acquisition cases.

Revenue Minister Shri Karan Singh Verma briefed the meeting on the department’s achievements and innovations of the past two years, as well as the three-year action plan. Chief Secretary Shri Anurag Jain, Additional Chief Secretary Shri Neeraj Mandloi, Principal Secretary (Revenue) Shri Vivek Porwal and other departmental officers were present.
