Chandigarh, Aug 20 (Reporter) Ahead of Rajya Sabha by-elections, Tosham MLA Kiran Chowdhary, who recently left Congress to join BJP, on Tuesday, resigned from the membership of the Haryana Assembly. BJP sources said Chowdhary may file a nomination on Wednesday for Rajya Sabha's vacant seat from Haryana. Wednesday is the last day for filing nominations for the seat vacated two months back after Deependra Hooda was elected from Rohtak parliamentary constituency in the Lok Sabha elections. The Congress has already clarified that the party would not contest Rajya Sabha by-elections as they don't have the required number of MLAs...////...
