Bengaluru, July 22 (Reporter) Karnataka Home Minister Dr G Parameshwara today welcomed the Supreme Court’s observations against the Enforcement Directorate (ED), alleging that the agency is being misused by the Narendra Modi-led central government to target political opponents.
