Jammu, Dec 27 (Reporter) In a significant action against anti-national elements, Jammu and Kashmir Police have attached properties of three terrorists involved in unlawful activities and operating from across the border in Rajouri district.
A police spokesman said that the properties have been attached under Section 88 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
The properties of those attached are Khadim Hussain of Kandi, Tehsil Kotranka, Rajouri, Muneer Hussain of Gakhrote, Tehsil Kotranka, District Rajouri, and Mohd Shabir of Panjnara, Tehsil Kotranka, District Rajouri.
Approximately properties worth Rs 18.5 Lakhs were attached following the orders of the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMIC), Kotranka.
This decisive action was executed by a joint team of Police and civil administration.
This operation underscores the commitment of the Jammu and Kashmir Police and the district administration to combat anti-national elements and safeguard public order.
