Chandigarh, Jan 7 (Reporter) A doctor has raised concern over the deteriorating health condition of farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dallewal and appealed for immediate action.
Kisan Mazdoor Morcha (KMM) leader Dallewal has been on a fast unto death since November 26 over farmers' demands, which include a law to guarantee a minimum support price for their produce.
Dr. Sawaiman Singh, a cardiologist and founder of 5 Rivers Heart Association, after visiting Dallewal at the Khanauri border on Monday wrote a letter to the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann in which he described the situation as "extremely alarming."
He said that Dallewal was experiencing hypotension and bradycardia. His physical condition and
vital signs were critical.
"This is a red alert, and immediate action is necessary," Dr. Singh said...////...
