‘India’s Time — Time of the Earth’

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will unveil the Vikramaditya Vedic Clock and launch its mobile app at the Chief Minister’s residence on Monday, September 1, at 11 AM. The clock combines the Indian Panchang and traditional timekeeping with modern technology and will be accessible in more than 189 languages. Along with time, it will provide detailed information about Panchang, Tithi, Nakshatra, Yoga, Vara, Maas, Vrats and festivals.

CM’s Cultural Advisor Shri Ram Tiwari informed that on the Monday morning September 1, college and university students will assemble at ‘Shaurya-Smarak’ on 9 AM. From there, a bike/bus rally titled ‘India’s Time – Time of the Earth’ will proceed to Shyamla Hills police station. After parking the vehicles, the rally will continue as a march up to the CM House. On this occasion, a youth interaction program on the theme ‘Vikramaditya Vedic Clock: A Step towards Restoring India’s Time’ will also be organised, where CM Dr. Yadav will interact directly with the youth.
