Sickle cell anemia is a genetic disease and is highly prevalent in tribal community. Similarly, There are high number of cases of TB among tribals. There is need to eradicate these diseases through extensive awareness campaigns through concerted efforts of all sections of the society. This was stated by Governor Shri Mangubhai Patel at a health examination and blood donation camp organized by Sushila Devi Umrao Singh Patel Seva Sansthan in Khargone.
