Chandigarh, Dec 6 (Reporter) Haryana Cabinet Minister Anil Vij on Friday said that the farmers should seek permission from New Delhi police and only then will they be allowed to proceed. Speaking to the media, the Ambala Cantt. MLA wondered how the farmers can be allowed to proceed when they have not sought permission from the Delhi police.
