Governor Shri Mangubhai Patel exchanged greetings at the reception held at Raj Bhavan on the occasion of Independence Day in Pachmarhi. Governor Shri Patel extended Independence Day greetings and best wishes to the invited guests. On this occasion, the Minister of Public Works and In-Charge Minister of Narmadapuram District, Shri Rakesh Singh, presented a shawl and bouquet to Governor Shri Patel as a mark of Independence Day greetings. The army band performed a spectacular array of patriotic songs in the presence of Governor Shri Patel and the invited guests. The melodies recited by the band created an atmosphere brimming with continuous patriotism and devotion to the nation. Governor Shri Patel honoured the army band with a sum of Rs. 51,000 for their performances based on melodious ragas.
