A glorious ceremony was organized at Raj Bhavan on Independence Day. Governor Shri Mangubhai Patel hoisted the flag at the ceremony. Tricolor balloons were released in the open sky. The police band played the Rashtra Dhun at the ceremony. Governor Shri Patel congratulated the officers and employees of the Raj Bhavan Secretariat on Independence Day. Tricolor balloons were released in the open sky along with small children. Sweets were distributed to the children and employees. Notably, Governor Shri Mangubhai Patel, today participated in the Independence Day celebrations of Raj Bhavan wearing a ‘Turban made of Chanderi cloth’ - the famous handicraft art of Madhya Pradesh.
