Mumbai, Mar 3 (Reporter) The Governor of Maharashtra, C P Radhakrishnan, addressed the Budget Session of the Maharashtra State Legislature on the first day of the budget session at Vidhan Bhavan in Mumbai. Chairman of the State Legislative Council Prof. Ram Shinde, Speaker of the Legislative Assembly Rahul Narwekar, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Deputy Chief Ministers Eknath Shinde and Ajit Pawar, and Minister of Parliamentary Affairs Chandrakant Patil welcomed the Governor.
