Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, while addressing the Global Investors Summit (GIS) in Bhopal, said that the 3T sectors—Textile, Tourism, and Technology—will play a crucial role in the country’s development. He highlighted that Madhya Pradesh is evolving beyond its traditional industrial identity and is rapidly transforming into a hub of technology and innovation in India. For the first time, an IT and Technology Summit was organized as part of GIS, marking a significant step towards the state's digital advancement. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav stated that this event would serve as a milestone in shaping Madhya Pradesh’s digital future and firmly establishing the state as a new center for technology.

The state received investment proposals exceeding Rs 64,000 crore in the IT sector, which is expected to generate more than 1.8 lakh employment opportunities, with youth playing a key role in these jobs. Several leading tech companies, including Digital Convergence Technologies, Tholons, Alcina, Sritech, Kens Technology, and Beyond Studios, have invested in Madhya Pradesh. Additionally, global technology giants such as IBM, Microsoft, and Barclays have expressed interest in investing in the state. MoUs have been signed with these companies to enhance Madhya Pradesh’s technical infrastructure, fostering advancements in technology, skill development, and innovation.
