Chandigarh, Feb 24 (Reporter) Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann on Saturday urged the parents of the school students to become part of education revolution in the state by enrolling their kids in the Schools of Eminence established by the state. He said that the parents can click on the link https:choolofeminence.pseb.ac.in and gettheir kids enrolled in 9th and 11th class in these world class schools. Mann said that the registration for the admission has started and will be open till March 15. The CM said that this is a golden opportunity for the parents to ensure that quality education is imparted to their kids in these schools. Mann said that 117 Schools of Eminence have been set up in 23 districts of the state to provide quality education to children. He said that this will help the students to groom well for the future competitive exams and added that these schools cater to the students of classes IX to XII and ensure quality education to them. The Chief Minister said that these schools have been built on five pillars of support and strength i.e. Infrastructure, Academics, Human Resource Management, Sports and Co-curricular Activities and Community Engagement to nurture individual ability and skills valuable for higher education, employment and training of students. He said that no stone is being left unturned for the holistic development of the state and the day is not far when the pristine glory of Punjab will be restored.
