Patna, Feb 26 (Reporter) Bihar Revenue and Land Reforms Minister Dilip Jaiswal on Wednesday resigned from Nitish cabinet, triggering intense speculations over cabinet expansion. Jaiswal, also president of Bihar BJP, resigned from the cabinet this morning, paving the way for new face during its expansion. Jaiswal will now remain president of Bihar BJP and focus on party affairs, in view of next Bihar assembly elections, scheduled to be held in October-November this year.
