Chennai, Apr 9 (Reporter) Defence Minister Rajnath Singh arrived here on Wednesday evening on a two-day visit to Tamil Nadu to participate in the convocation of Defence Staff College at Wellington in the hilly Nilgiris district. Mr Rajnath arrived at the Sulur Naval Air Base at Coimbatore from where he drove down to Wellington for an overnight stay, Defence sources confirmed to UNI tonight. Tomorrow, he will deliver the Convocation address at the Defence Services Staff College at Wellington and present degrees and medals to meritorious students. After the event, he was reach Sulur Air base and leave for New Delhi. Tight security arrangements have been made in the district in view of his visit and flying of drones had been banned...////...
