Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has emphasised the importance of connecting the present and future generations with their glorious past and offering them a living experience of India’s rich cultural consciousness. He stated that the cultural gateways being constructed at the main entry points of cities in memory of great personalities will play a significant role in this direction. The state government is committed to shaping a bright future for the youth by drawing inspiration from the illustrious past. The glorious legacy of Raja Bhoj and other eminent figures has been included in school curricula.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the public on the occasion of the Bhumi-Pujan (foundation ceremony) for the construction of the “Bhoj-Narmada Dwar” at Samardha on the Narmadapuram Road in Bhopal. During the event, he also virtually inaugurated the 10-megawatt solar power plant established by the Bhopal Municipal Corporation in Neemuch.
The event was graced by the presence of Urban Development and Housing Minister Shri Kailash Vijayvargiya, Minister of Sports, Youth Welfare and Cooperation Shri Vishwas Sarang, Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Backwards Classes and Minority Welfare Smt. Krishna Gaur, Bhopal Mayor, Smt. Malti Rai, Bhopal MP Shri Alok Sharma, and MLAs Shri Rameshwar Sharma and Shri Bhagwan Das Sabnani.
