Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will inaugurate the two-day Regional Tourism Conclave on Saturday, July 26. The purpose of this conclave is to increase number of tourists in Madhya Pradesh, enhance cooperation and partnership between tourism entrepreneurs, tour operators, and hotel industry, and to encourage tourism investment in state by recognising tourism potential of Vindhya region. The Regional Tourism Conclave is being organised by Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board.
Deputy Chief Minister Shri Rajendra Shukla and Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Tourism, Culture and Religious Trusts and Endowments Shri Dharmendra Singh Lodhi will also be present in the conclave, which will take place at Krishna Raj Kapoor Auditorium, Rewa.
Principal Secretary Tourism & Culture and Managing Director Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board Shri Shiv Shekhar Shukla said that famous actor Shri Mukesh Tiwari and actress of Panchayat web series Saanvika Singh will also be present. In this two-day conclave, several important decisions, investment proposals, digital innovations and cultural partnerships that will strengthen tourism sector of the state will be publicly announced.
The event, focused on 'Wildlife and Offbeat Destinations', will be an effective initiative to make the state self-reliant in tourism and connect local communities to mainstream tourism.
